The National Weather Service issued an updated heat advisory at 3:29 a.m. on Thursday valid for Friday between noon and 8 p.m. for Southeast Warren as well as Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Washington, Schoharie, Schenectady, Albany, Columbia and Ulster counties.
