Sterling’s Twin Cities homeless shelter will shut down Sept. 1
Citing staffing issues and a lack of funding, the Twin Cities PADS Homeless Shelter in Sterling will close Sept. 1, according to an email sent to community agencies and the media Friday afternoon.
