Richmond Heights City Council approved lot splits Wednesday for three expected Belle Oaks Marketplace businesses -- Panda Express, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. It was also made known at the meeting that Trebisky Road, closed for repairs for six months and projected to reopen July 1, will now reopen sometime in early August.
