Lawsuit alleges Oakridge officials retaliated against firefighter who raised concerns
The lawsuit says the part-time worker, Joseph Millam, spoke with police and Oakridge Mayor Bryan Cutchen, and later was retaliated against and was passed over for a full-time position.
