The Northeast Fly Fishers & Outdoor Festival is coming to the Franklin County Fairgrounds on Saturday and Sunday. Fly Fishers International is the host of the event. Seminars at the festival will provide information for anyone who is interested in outdoor activities like conservation, whitewater rafting and mountaineering.
