14mPanhandle-Plains Historical Museum satellite location development underway, expected to open in spring
While discussions continue about what to do with the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum's on-campus location, the board that owns and manages the artifacts is working to open a satellite location in downtown Amarillo. The location will display some of the fine art included in the collection. It is slated to open in April or May, 2027.
