Man arrested in Solon and twice charged a week ago is apprehended again on two burglary charges

A 19-year-old Salem man was arrested by Solon police last week for disseminating an explicit video and reckless driving. The man is back in the news again this week for "paying visits" to two acquaintances in Solon. In this case, paying visits means burglary.
