Friends and family mourn Hartford native Jamison O’Neil, expectant father and special educator
Jamison O'Neil, a beloved teacher and father-to-be, was killed in a head-on collision in Hartland, leaving behind his wife, Katie Walsh, and his newborn daughter, Charlie O'Neil.
