Extreme heat watch in place for parts of Upstate NY from Wednesday to Friday
On Monday at 12:01 p.m. an extreme heat watch was released by the National Weather Service valid from Wednesday 11 a.m. until Friday 8 p.m. for Oneida, Otsego, Delaware and Sullivan counties.
