DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy
Everlit Inc. ("Everlit") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, Everlit has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on Everlit infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to the Designated Agent listed above. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Everlit to locate the material (e.g., a URL).
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Everlit may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Everlit will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
